The Big Bee Ballito — Terms & Conditions

1. Services
The Big Bee Ballito provides garden maintenance, landscaping, pool maintenance, instant lawn installation, TLB hire, and related outdoor services across Ballito and the greater North Coast. All services are subject to site assessment and availability.
2. Quotations
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on information provided at the time — any changes to project scope may result in a revised quote.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to confirm and schedule any booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. Payments can be made via EFT to the details provided on your invoice. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received and cleared.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit. The Big Bee Ballito reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Lawn & Plant Material
All instant lawn and plant material supplied is sourced from reputable suppliers. The Big Bee Ballito does not guarantee the survival of plant material after installation if aftercare instructions provided are not followed by the client.
6. Liability
The Big Bee Ballito takes all reasonable care during service delivery. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, underground utilities not disclosed by the client, or damage resulting from client negligence after project completion.
7. Photography
The Big Bee Ballito may photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your property not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before work begins.
